So much of personal growth begins with something simple: paying attention.

Paying attention to what’s working, what isn’t, what’s taking more of your energy than it deserves, what you want more of, what you may be ready to let go of, and most importantly, what you want to choose next.

Reflection is an important part of coaching, but you don’t need to be working with a coach to benefit from taking time to pause and listen to yourself.

That’s why I created The Empowered Choice Journal with 40 Reflection Prompts.

It’s intentionally simple: plenty of room to write, with thoughtful questions sprinkled throughout to help you pause, reflect, and perhaps notice something you hadn’t noticed before.

No daily assignments. No prescribed path. No right way to use it.

Because becoming more intentional doesn’t always require doing more. Sometimes it begins by simply noticing more.

If this feels like something that could support your own journey, you can find it on Amazon here (there is also a blank version in the collection if you prefer to not have prompts).
